Copyright Material Access Agreement for Delegates of The Academy of
Implant Excellence Online Dental Implant Training Platform
This agreement is made and entered into the date of sale by and
between The Academy of Implant Excellence, hereinafter referred to as “Training
Platform,”
And the named purchaser hereinafter referred to as “Delegate,” for the
purpose of providing the Delegate with access to the copyrighted material on the
Training Platform related to dental implant training.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to define the terms and conditions under
which the Delegate may access copyrighted material on The Academy of
Implant Excellence’s online dental implant training platform.
2. Copyrighted Material
The copyrighted material includes all text, images, videos, and other materials
provided by the Training Platform on the dental implant training platform.
3. Access to Copyrighted Material
The Training Platform hereby grants the Delegate a paid non-transferable,
non-exclusive license to access the copyrighted material on the dental implant
training platform during the Term of this agreement. Should the delegate not
adhere to any agreed payment plan, access to the platform will be suspended
until such time payment has been made.
4. Use of Copyrighted Material
The Delegate agrees to use the copyrighted material only for the purpose of
dental implant training and education. The Delegate shall not copy, reproduce,
distribute, or sell any part of the copyrighted material without the express
written consent of the Training Platform.
5. Protection of Copyrighted Material
The Delegate agrees to take all necessary measures to protect the
copyrighted material from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The
Delegate shall not share their login credentials with any third party without the
express written consent of the Training Platform.
6. Cancellation of Payment
Should the delegate cancel their payment plan, or fail to pay on time,
a penalty fee of 50% will be added to total costs and due to be paid
immediately. Any legal fees will be sole responsibility of the
delegate.
7. Refunds
We do not offer refunds on in-person or online courses. If you can’t attend an in-person course due to a change in circumstances, we will credit your investment towards a future event or course.
7. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and
supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between
them.
